Hi everyone,
our XMPP service was not reachable and the first thing I tried was to restart
the server.
(ejabberd still runs on the old saros-build, it is the only service there and
it hasn't been restarted for a while).
The problem, however, persists, as we changed the host-name of the machine from
"saros-build" to "saros-build-old" ("saros-con" is an alias of the latter).
Ejabberd does not seem to take such changes too well.
This problem did not surface before probably because this was the first system
reboot after the host-name change.
I informed our IT staff, which is more knowledgeable with ejabberd than me.
