Hi everyone,

It's not even a whole month and our XMPP server is up running again. (Not
really a "yay!", but more of a "sigh ...")

Technically, saros-con has been reachable for a few days, but it is only now
that the users slowly repopulate the server.
We had to delete the old data, so everyone needs to *recreate* his or her
account(s) -- sorry for that.

In-band registration is enabled, and as of now we have:
 - 496 registered users
 - 159 of which were online today
 - 60 currently online users
 - 5 private "saros_*" rooms, with two users each

All of the online users have a "Saros" resource identifier, so it appears there
are currently at least 60 Saros instances online somewhere in the world, 10 of
which are in running Saros sessions.

I already recreated the dev[0-9]_[alice|bob|carl|dave]_stf@ accounts for you to
use as well as the STF test accounts for Jenkins.
As of now, the old build server (which still executes the STF test cases and
sends "still unstable" mails every day) cannot connect to the XMPP server,
that's probably a firewall issue -- our IT staff is informed.

Let me know, if you encounter any problems.

Cheers,
Franz
