Summary: Driver can't write after other client used CW recovery

Initial Comment:
Scenario: Two clients, one of them driver, and host. Non-driver client creates
an inconsistency and presses the CW button. After recovery the client with
driver rights can't write anymore.

Guess: Something with the StopManager itself, or how it is used by the CW.
