Summary: IBB fails on jabber.no

Initial Comment:
IBB fails on jabber,no because Smack tries to use the Socks5 Server of
jabber.no and this fails.
Probably the usage of Socks5 has to be improved in Smack (or we are using Smack
improper).

The behaviour can simply be reproduced by changing
Transmitter[] transmitters = new Transmitter[] { jingle, ibb }
to
Transmitter[] transmitters = new Transmitter[] { ibb };
in the DataTransferManager.
