Summary: Switching followee's active file moves followers chat-cursor

Initial Comment:
This behavior became apparent after fixing #3455372.

Scenario: Two users, one follows the other.
* The follower is typing in the chat.
* Meanwhile the followee switches to another file.
* Before the fix of #3455372, the follower's focus was stolen, and he did not
continue writing in the chat view. Now, the focus is kept in the chat view, but
the cursor jumps to the beginning of the input field, thus writing "How are
you?" may result in "re you?How a".

Message:
I can confirm this bug. It occurs too if you type a message and then switch
the focus to an other windows and switch back again.
