Summary: Bubble notification management

Initial Comment:
Bubbles should not overlap each other / there should be at most *one* bubble
notification.
Bubbles should be closable by clicking anywhere on them (compare windows bubble
handling).
Notifications that make previous notifications pointless should be
automatically removed, see also:
Bubbles that inform about a "state" (e.g. follow mode paused > alice opens a
file > remove bubble) that has changed in the meantime need to be removed.

The bubble formatting is also an issue - the text background looks nasty and
should be consistently formatted (yellow background instead of grey).

Bubbles should ideally point to the origin of the notification, e.g. the bubble
arrow should point to the user in a session that triggered a notification.
Right now the bubbles always originate from the top left corner of the saros
view.
