I am having the same problem as the original poster I believe - but I
don't have any antivirus software installed.

I *do* have a lot of applications installed, but none of them should
affect IE (except maybe Yahoo Messenger). When I rebooted my computer
after installing the patch DQSD was disabled. I have not been able to
re-enable it since (that was like last thursday). I've tried several
times and nothing happens - not even script errors.
