Yes. I'm pretty sure it has to be well-formed to even work with DQSD, since
DQSD uses MSXML to parse the searches.

Glad to see someone picking this up and running with it. This (httpinst) is
just begging to be the basis for a UI that allows a user to select new, remote
searches to install. Something that I had envisioned at one time for the Help
window -- don't quit now! ;)
