The code looks like to me that it just extracts the
name of the search file from the url and so if I put
up a site with a search xyz.xml and there's a xyz.xml
file with the standard dqsd searches I would overwrite
it which I may or may not want to happen.  That's why
I think it should check first and ask the user.
