I like the HTML better too, I think. I don't think we should start distributing the FAQ. This is a search a internet-centric app, that 99% of the time folks shouldn't have any trouble going to the one and only FAQ at SF.
You might take a look at http://notesbydave.com/toolbar/doc.htm and get some ideas for questions there. There's probably some stuff there that could be incorporated into it. There's probably some stuff there that is also out-of-date. You could even display some of the pictures by linking to Dave's site.
