That makes me feel better.  I totally messed up the system menus (dunno why)
the other night by trying to grab the popup menu notifications and do
something with this.

Cool.  I looked into reusing the taskbar's tooltip control.  I don't know if
that's possible or not, but I saw in a newsgroup that someone else was doing
for some app.  But, that may be totally incorrect.
