OK, thanks. I guess localsearchurl's syntax is close to the former one of searches.xml 
(but I didn't know DQSD at that time). To keep the way local searches and installed 
searches are built similar, have you ever considered to define a directory 
("localsearches" e.g.) containing several xml files, rather than one file ?
