Well, not me, but yes. I'm a little out of touch with the release schedule, but I think that the refreshicons command might well not be in 3.0. Don't get your hopes up too much, but it would be worth upgrading, and it would be useful for us if you could try the refreshicons command. Current versions of DQSD warn you if they're out of date, so you'll never have this problem again...
