I worked on the searchtoc.pl page.  There was (and I hope is still) a process
running on the dqsd.net server that would refresh the searches periodically
from sourceforge.  Whether or not that process is still in place I am not
totally sure, and I can not login to Dave's server any more.   Maybe Dave is
still monitoring the list and can respond do this..   I see 331 searches in the
searchtoc page and sourceforge shows 332.   It would seem that the refresh
mechanism is still in place.   What is probably happening is that someone posts
a new search to the list but that search is never checked in to CVS.  It has
been kind of up to whomever is on the dev teams to capture the search and
upload it.  It would be pretty easy for one to be overlooked..
