Ah, You have IE7. Well then the SP2 workaround I posted won't get the job done
As Kim said the IE7 beta2 versions from March 20th 2006 on have a problem. I am currently running the IE7 version released in February 2006 and DQSD works fine with the SP2 work around.

As I understand it, IE7 beta 2 seems to have broken support for deskbands in
Windows overall, so DQSD won't work with it.
The bug has been reported to MS, so we're hoping that they will sort it out
before release of IE7.
Your best bet is to revert to IE6, if you want to run DQSD.
