Sergey, I am sorry you are having problems. I will see if I can get sometime in the next day or so to download a trial version of PVCS, so I can have a better idea as to what would be wrong. I believe other people use PVCS and Draco.NET so it would be interesting to know if others are having a similar problem, and if not, what version they are using - something could have changed that is screwing up.
