I'm thinking of taking several left-over urethane foam pieces and gluing
them together as per the "foam glue joint" method described on page 2-2 of
the plans to make a larger sheet that I can use for a bulkhead. I figure if
a foam glue joint is structurally good enough for the fuselage sides, then
it should be fine for a bulkhead, provided it's done properly. Can anybody
think of a good reason why this shouldn't be done?

Joe
