Karok layed eyes on the beautiful construction in front of him and smiled, excited
like never before in his life. Behind the warrior
of many scars were three men, all mounted. One of them stood close to
Karok, holding a small piece of paper, a recently drawn map of that
same building, known by many in this land. The Dragon Myst Inn.

"No magical defenses at all, Karok.." continued the loyal
subject, only known as Vrek, looking between him and the map. "The crew is not only
small but I have also heard the owner is leaving the area for a small period of time.
This is our best opportunity--"

"What about the Guards?" shouted the loud, short-tempered
Glock, one of the mounted men behind Karok. "This is suicide! Not even
the Core agreed with our plan..They know well enough this is not going
to work.."

"They haven't prohibited either.." replied Vrek, casting a sharp glance over
his shoulder at the 'skeptical'. "Don't you see, dear Glock? The Myst is a prize, a
symbol of our might and bravery..Even if the Guard steps in, nothing will be left for
them take back.."

"I can see only two fates for this tavern..Belong to the Wyverns, or turn into
smoke, flames and ash.." spoke Karok, staring at his future conquer. "It will
happend..Tomorrow.."

"But..Karok.." called Glock, still unsure about the plan. "Our band is
alone..How can we offer any resistance? As soon as the government finds out they will
crush us.."

"Silence, Glock! My order is final, and unless you wish to challenge me, you
will obey..Besides, there is no need to worry. Anya's band agreed to join our cause if
we are successful at the first day, which we will be.."

"Wise words, Karok.." whispered Vrek, grinning slightly. "I have a few magical
tricks under my sleeve, ready in case anyone tries to resist our take over..As I said,
the time is perfect for us to act.."

"Indeed, sorcerer, indeed..Now let's go before they see us..and prepare for
the festivities.." he replied with a dry laughter, turning to get back to his stallion.

They departed shortly after, unseen and unknown like shadows. Peace and
silence returned to the forest, but not for long..
