A message written on Jonas House letterhead arrived at the MystHaven Guardhouse sometime in the late afternoon. It was delivered to the desk clerk by a young man from the MystHaven grainyard who'd just returned delivering a shipment to the outskirts of the MystHaven countryside where Dawn's Grove, the Jonas land, resided not too far from the DragonMyst Inn.
~Captain Prai & MystHaven Royal Guards, Greetings from the countryside. May this missive find you all of good health as the blustery season is upon us. I fear I write with news of an urgent nature. A man in my employ, who speaks common tongue only barely, has informed me that he had to flee to DragonMyst Inn last evening by window of his room as the inn was invaded by a gang of unsavory raiders. I know not if they are still holding charge there, but I fear for the Innkeeper, Priestess Khelti Delah, her staff, and the other guests. On a less urgent but no less important matter, I am writing to inquire about the results of the residual testing on that bowl found in Amelia Wilkin's home the night my husband was recovered. It may prove inconsequential, but I would like to know what, if anything, the testing revealed.
