Last night's Grubball game details... "Now, to the Isle of Myst. The first meeting of the season between Drache and MystHaven. Last year, Drache squeaked out the win in the only meeting before the season was cut short..Nol the Bleeder scoring on the Forschbowler Overload. Tonight, it was little different. Drache came out quick, scoring 3 points in the first quinting with a very balanced attack. Ware the Vile was pulled from the game at the end of the 3rd after giving up his 4th point with only 10 kills. Enter Mulai Sakro and the MystHaven offense. Jesiah Blanchard, a rookie for the Islanders, was the first to score on a pass from Garulth the Victor. Dornil Sankland and Erling Letto each scored in the 4th and at the start of the 5th quinting, the score was 5-3 Drache. Budly, yes Budly, scored MystHaven's 5th point just before the end of regulation to send the game to overtime and it looked as if MystHaven would pull it off. But do not count out the Wolf. Kota the Wolf came up with 7 kills in the final quinting before Lord Bingswanow scored on a pass from Magni the Bull in a designed decoy play. Arving Brons had one assist along with a career high 21 kills. Final score from Molentia Circle, Drache 6, MystHaven 5, in six quintings. Westin, is there any doubt now that the Wolf is at full strength?"
Last night after the game... Rue stems the flow of blood from his nostrils and spits out to the side, well away from Jesiah. With his free hand, he reaches out to slap Jes on the shoulder. "Nice work..." Another teammate grinned and chimed in as he passed the two of them, "Rookie my arse Blanchard. Welcome to the team. Don't listen to a thing the Ruester says. He nearly got us all killed by the Drachean team last year..." Rue kicks a stone at the other man, "No, it was the other way around," and then he ignored the man to say to Jesiah, "You oughta head up to the inn and let Khelti take care of you...you're gonna be one sore son`of`goat come morn..." > Make sure to check out the full details of tonight's games at > http://Stone77.tripod.com/grubball.html > -- To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives & Other DMI Lists: http://islesofmyst.com/lists.php3
