Sensing what room was Theodore's also by hearing the humming from within Myles lead Crysania to the door, and after a brief moment gently rapped upon the door.
Theodore 's fingers were blackened from the ink as he frantically
scrawled out the notes on a parchment, his linen shirttails dipping past his
thighs. He was a detailed man of music and little stood in the way of it. He
barely heard the knock, shouting out a note louder. "Eh?" Crysania 's hand clutches the wineglass...nervous and almost giddy from the scent of all the blood in the inn. She steadies herself and takes a calming breath. Her free hand rests on Myles's shoulder, letting him take the lead...watching and learning. Ready to play her role in the act. "Dear sir we have brought you the drink we promised.... " Myles spoke a loud thru the door. Theodore jerked his head up and straightened, scowling. Who was it? Oh...those blasted people from downstairs. Concentration broken, he strode to the door and threw it open just about the time when he realized he was pants less. "Oh dear me..." He gripped the door to hide his lower half behind. "Uh.... Crysania feels herself blush, not really expecting the door to open and a half naked man to be there. "Oh! Have we disturbed you?" her voice quiet and smooth. "Hello again fine sir we have the wine we promised... Myles held out the wine smiling all the while, "I do hope it wasn't to presumptuous of us to just come up." with the door open just a bit he gently nudges Crysania ahead of him and into the open door. Theodore steps back, flustered, taking the wine although that wasn't what he wanted to do. Now he had to find a place for it and so he turned about and set it to the small table. "Uh.... well, actually...you see...I was quite busy.... and....I'm not all dressed. Please excuse me?" He frowned. Crysania enters the room and allows enough room for Myles to enter. She looks at the table, "you are a bard?" She tries to say something to put the flustered man at better ease she pretends to take another sip of wine and studies the music sheets. She keeps an eye on Theodore though, and also on what Myles would do. Theodore smudged his ink stained fingertips across his brow, leaving a mark on his forehead. "That's true m'lady.... I really must ask you to leave...I have... no trousers on. He turned about to search thorough his wardrobe closet.
Myles ~You are a woman, and you could always seduce him even just getting
close to this one looks like he will be all a fluster, and easy to take~ Myles
conveys to Crysanias mind "My dear I am so sorry I.... we didn't mean to
interupt. Myles turns about to look the other way, "We could leave you
be if you wish I do apologize.... Crysania lets the man find some clothing and looks to Myles...~Will he struggle? Should I take him now? ~ Her heart begins to race...she puts the glass of wine down on a table. Theodore was frantic and embarrassed, yanking out his only other suit and trying his best to get into the trousers. "Yes...please...I've a very important theme to write...." Myles ~I doubt he will~ he cannot help but laugh at this buffoon. I am truly sorry here let me help you," and attempting to set his glace down upon the table with the bards music he accidentally spills a little letting it mix with the fresh ink. "OH my.... I am so sorry I didn't mean too... Crysania hears Theodores heart beating...sweaty and nervous from being flustered and a bit angry and being disrupted. She finds herself responding...the hunger taking hold, the prick of her fangs in her mouth. As Myles spills the ink, she takes a step to attempt to save the parchments. "Oh...a shame...ink can be such a mess..." she is only half aware that she is talking...all her mind is focused on the man... Theodore glanced back, both legs in trousers now, although they remained unlaced. He released a string of swears as he crossed over to the table, nearly shoving Myles aside in his attempt to salvage what he could. "What's the matter with you...is it not clear my work means everything?" He thought he'd nearly collapse. Crysania finds herself right next to Theodore. Anger flares when Myles is almost shoved aside. As Theodore takes the parchment out of her hand she leans forward. Quickly, she wraps an arm around him and latches her fangs into his neck. The suddenness of her movements, the strength of her arm...the fierceness of her teeth...all surprise her... Myles eyes glow an eerie red as he is shoved, and he is suddenly caught off guard at seeing Crysania feeding, at seeing his true self once more ... of what he created. He stands ready to silence this man ... it was not what he had planned, but it would work tonight. Theodore "Wha -- ah ah arrrr..." Theodore swayed, his hand coming up to reach for her as the realization of what was happening placed him into a frozen state. He tried to pull away, even as he felt the fangs sinking in. Crysania 's mind is shocked at the taste of the blood in her mouth...thick, sweet. Oh yes...this is what her body needed, not the wine. She holds onto the man tightly, letting her hunger take hold, letting the silver beast inside her raise its head... Myles watched it shocked him and aroused him deep within watching his childe feed.... Theodore gurgled and went silently toward what he felt was the final coda of his career. He saw his life flash before his eyes but he was paralyzed to do anything. Myles listened and smiled the evil within welling up inside, he was becoming not what he wanted, but it lurked within, and he didn't fight it tonight. He listened to the door to make sure his last gasps where not heard without. Crysania drank deep and strong, no longer is it a human she holds...but food. Warm food that sooths the pain of the hunger inside. She finds a melody in the feeding, one of her victims heart and his mind. She can almost see what he is thinking...the music he was recording in his thoughts. The beauty brings tears to her eyes. She is locked in that embrace of blood...of the drink. Theodore His heart's rhythm slows, the song coming to a bittersweet close. There was much that remained to be done in his young life; he had been destined for greatest. But instead he'd served another purpose. And so it was that Theo's lifeless blue eyes came to stare at the last image he'd ever see, his last melody written. With a sudden rollback of his sockets, Theos last few heartbeats slowed towards his final moments. Myles No longer hearing the heart beat of the man Myles quickly reaches over and pulls Crysania away, struggling as he does to break her hold of this man, " Crysania stop or you will die along with him stop before the last heart beat... Crysania begins to notice that the heartbeat is growing weaker...and that it is growing slower. The blood she drinks is thicker than before...then, the heart stops. She pulls for more...she hears Myles's voice. She struggles to obey. Part of her wants to continue...more blood. She fights, struggles, finally...she shrieks in frustration and nearly flings the body from her. She stands trembling, with only a slight smear of blood on her lip Theodore fell with a thud to the floor,
the shell of his soul lifeless. He stared at the floor. Myles grasps Crysania by
the shoulders, "I am sorry I forgot to warn you...." he grabs her and
heads her towards the stairs and stops her there turning her to face him once
more Myles leans over and kisses her softly removing the last bit of blood from
her lips, "Come we must go before anyone becomes curious.... he can be a
warning to an elf, and wolf."
Crysania is pushed out
of the door in a daze...she returns Myles's kiss with a passion then holds him
tight for a second as she brings herself under control. "Alright...we can go.
But you will have to tell me of this elf and wolf you speak of..."
And so the two kindred of the night left it had become apparent that Crysanis hadnt licked the bite marks to heal them, and also they never retrieved her art supplies and sword. Myles would come back another day alone for that, and maybe to confront and elf and wolf.
