I am the proud owner of my first Drake TR-4 thannks to E-Bay. I am having a problem with the transmit being intermitten. That is I press the mike and sometimes it works and sometimes not. I replaced V19 and cleaned up the relay. Any suggestions?  Gary WA0MYH
