This is a website that sells 1/4" ABS rod, all you need to do is, put a
longer than you need chunk in a drill and round the end and polish it,(use
fine sand paper and rubbing compound), cut it off to length drill a suitable
hole in the other end for the switch,and viola, you be done...That is
assuming there are no other ridges etc to make...
