If it were me, I would check to see if there was a short between the inner and 
outer sheild on the connector inside the radio.

Hello list again ,   I'll grateful if somebody can help me.    The transceiver receives properly when I connect only the center pin of the PL, afterwards when the outer sleeve touch the rest of the female connector then the reception drops to 0.
