You can order the L-4B/L-7 capacitor upgrade kit from Sunlight Energy Systems,

You can order the board alone and obtain your own components separately, or buy the complete kit which comes with everything. I believe the complete kit runs around $100.00 USD plus shipping.

I have no connection with the company, just a satisfied customer, having bought two of their L-4B/L7 boards and three cap replacement kits for the AC-4 power supplies.

Unless you have experience in working with high voltage and building boards, I would advise you to get help, especially with the L-4B/L-4 boards. They are easy to build and install, but be careful and follow the detailed instructions to the letter.
