Jeff, W8CQ at Harbach Electronics has SPH type resistors which are the replacement for the BWH style resistor from IRC.

They are described as "fusible, wire-wound" resistors.

Some believe that this resistor should be replaced with a larger (10-20W resistor) that is expected to survive the current surge that occurs when a 3-500Z flashes over momentarily or some other fault temporarily shorts the HV. Personally I prefer sticking with the Drake design that clears the fault by vaporizing! It's cheaper than the $20 plus HV fuses used by Collins in the KWS-1 !!
