I received many request for the manuals and since I have only a
single copy of the manuals I cannot satisfy them all.
So I decided to scan the manuals in .TIF format at 300 dpi in 8 bit
grayscale and can make them available on a CD.
The file size is about 8 megs per page. The reason for the high
resolution is that it is easier to reduce the resolution than
increase it.
The CD will be in ISO-9660 format so it will be cross platform and
openable on either the Mac or PC.
I am using a G4 Mac and Photoshop Elements as the graphic app.
This way everyone who wanted copies of the manuals can get them
The cost to me for each mailing will be about $1 per CD.
I have all of the manuals scanned except for the HRO60 and the Temko
manual and I hope to finish this task today or tomorrow.
Someone mentioned that they were a repository for manuals and loaned
them out. I have scanned all the messages I received and cannot find
it. Would that person please let me know who it is and I can send a
CD or DVD with all the manuals on it.

All of the manuals are spoken for.
I have sent responses to the "winners" of the manuals off line.
Thanks

Subject: Old Manuals
I think this may be off topic, but since y'all are such helpful
Hams, I though I would see if anyone would like to have some old
manuals that I have.
The following manuals are listed below and I thought I would like
to give to someone or one's that can put them to a good use.
If the numbers on the last page is an indication of the vintage
they are from the 1950’s.
Instruction Manual for the National Model NC-98 Radio Receiver.
Instruction Manual for the National Model NC-88 Radio Receiver.
Instruction Manual for the National Model SW-54 Radio Receiver (3
copies).
Instruction Manual for the National Model NC-46 Radio Receiver.
Instruction Manual for the National Model HRO-60 Radio Receiving
Equipment.
Instruction Book for Temco Model 75-GA
And a Barker & Williamson Amateur Radio Catalog
These manuals and catalog are available to anyone who can use
them. All the documents are in good condition, slightly yellowed
pages but no folds. Some have a few written words on them or a
stamped address but are, what I would consider, very good condition.
