There are so many reasons it could be happening that it may not be worth taking up bandwidth....I suspect it is NOT on the server that runs the list...and therefore is beyond my control.
It does appear that in many instances your ISP has either lost messages, delayed them or otherwise been part of the problem.
I believe I suggested that you subscribe to the list using a google or yahoo account to see if that is more dependable.
Of course, it could also be weather related....maybe the messages are stuck on one side of the cold front.
