Agree. My envelope was ripped as well but the log books were fine. Maybe the postal increase will help? NOT!!!!!

Both envelopes were beaten up pretty badly, one was completely opened and blackened from rubbing against something. The logbooks survived and are in good shape, just like the radios we all enjoy.
