Voltages on the AC4 are 650 HV........250 LV....and -60 to -100+ bias voltage....this should be set to idle the 6jb6 finals as described in the operating manual. Check the bias voltage with the t4x hooked up and running.... The filter caps in the ac4 are usually the problem. So if you have another ac4 try it first before going to further work to find the problem. When a rig quits working properly one should check the power supply voltages first!
I just repaired a t4 that keyed up by itself, and it was the bias supply filter cap failure and the bias voltage could not be adjusted to more than -30..
