R-7s in good condition typically go in the $700-1000 range depending upon filters and/or Noise Blanker installed. The receiver originally sold with only the 2.3 kHz IF filter, with room for three additional filters. Many seem to have all filter slots filled from the available 300 and 500 Hz, 1.8, 4.0, 6.0 and 8.0 kHz options.

R-7As added the 500 Hz IF filter, and the NB-7A Noise Blanker as standard. The "A" model typically is in the $1200 - 1400 range and up depending upon filters included. There weren't a lot of "A"s sold, so makes them more of a "collectible".

There is a fairly up-to-date price guide at

<http://www.wb4hfn.com/DRAKE/DrakeSalePriceHistory.htm>

The accessory speaker and original Service manual can go for $100 each, and the NB-7A Noise Blanker, IF you can find one "loose" will go for $150-200 and up.
