The connections you seek are on the AC-4, not on the TR-4 (the last place you would look). The XMIT AGC is the ALC line and the VOX RLY keys the amp. Be careful not to overdrive the amp since the TR-4 is bit more powerful than most exciters. The connector for VOX RLY is very rare, so you will have to improvise a connection. I just shoved wires into the holes. Doing something more elegant is on my to-do list. I forgot to change the connector on mine when I did the AC-4R upgrade (recommended, see http://www.wb4hfn.com/DRAKE/DrakeArticles/AC4-Upgrade/AC4_Upgrade.htm). Those caps are not getting any younger.

I just bought a TR4/MS4/AC4/DC4/Mic in vg condition with
the manual. I'm lost. How do I interface my amp's key line
(and?) ALC line to the TR4?
