I hate this list's habit of not sending a private msg without taking several
steps.
I can see no benefit to the list in general for my whole msg to go out to
it.
Well, if you really hate it you can unsubscribe, or use the dreaded web forum,
or get a mail client that works the way you want it to work.
There are a lot more options than complaining about the list on the list to the
list.
