I have an MS-4 open right now and the screws holding the feet on are
#10-24 x 3/8" Slotted, Flat Head machine screws.
If your local hardware store doesn't have them you can get them from:
http://www.smallparts.com
Stainless steel, slotted head: MX-1024-07F (7/16"), $1.60 for 10
Stainless steel, Phillips head: MX-1024-06F (3/8"), $1.35 for 25
I have bought stuff from these guys. They're nice to deal with.
