Hi Max, I have a mint condition C line and previously owned a C line I bought new. There are no major faults in this gear. Compared to equipment of current design however, you will find considerable freq. drift when first turned on. I have never used AM but suspect this is a reinserted carrier This gear is excellent on CW xmit. as well as receive. About a year ago I paid $900.00 Cdn. This sounds like a lot but it included the PS-4 supply and MS-4 speaker and the equipment was like new in appearance and performance.I purchased in Canada from a ham. Watch out for e-bay sellers, good luck.
