I have some replacement meters available for the Drake W-4, WV-4, MN-4,
and MN-2000. The housings of these meters are physically identical to
the original Drake meters and mount with the same hardware in the same
mounting holes. The plastic cover is identical in shape to the Drake,
but the lower portion is clear, not painted black. The meter face itself
is a non-Drake face, the needle is black, not red, and is fatter
(flattened out) at the end.
Electrically, these meters differ from the originals and require a shunt
(I use 1% tolerance components) to make them read correctly when
dropping them in to the Drake circuitry without having to recalibrate
anything.
I am offering these meters in two ways:
DM-Rep - Tested replacement meter with shunt, non-Drake meter face,
and clear meter cover. Purchaser installs his own Drake meter
face and cover. Due to the possibility of damage to the needle
or movement by the purchaser when installing the meter face,
there is NO GUARANTEE and NO REFUND on this configuration and
only money orders will be accepted as payment. No checks.

DM-EX - Tested replacement meter with shunt. Purchaser sends his/her
old meter to me and I will install the Drake meter face and
Drake cover on the replacement meter. I will send back both
the fully configured replacement meter and the unused clear
cover. Payment for this configuration can be via money order
or PayPal. No checks.

The UPS Ground shipping costs shown above are for lower 48 US state
