Charter net has mistakenly identified administrative messages from
the list as spam.
I have responded via their automated we system to remove the block,
and sent affected members copies
of the messages they rejected.
Strongly suggest that of you use charter.net that you request they
unblock messages from the list. Should your messages continue to
bounce, mailman will disable your address.
