Thanks a bunch, Garey. That was my thinking exactly. I learned a lot about 
cooling things from my other 
hobby, IBM PCs and PC Servers from the early Pentium era. IBM put a lot of 
thought into drawing air over 
hot things and exhausting it out of the back of the machine, and it seemed to 
work pretty well. It was my first 
real exposure to a cooling system, as opposed to a fan moving air around.
