The Meter illumination bulbs are actually 5V, #1850. The #47 would work
there I suppose, but I don't see how the #47 would work for the
indicator lamps. They are powered from the 28V AC winding on the
filament transformer via a 150 ohm 1W resistor (R27). At 150 mA, they
would be leaving over 3W in the 150 ohm resistor.? I don't have an L-7,
but it uses the same transformer and relay as the L-4B, which has a
30VDC supply.
Evan is the L-7 expert, perhaps he will see this and comment.
