On the first day of the month, Mailman sends out a message to each
list subscriber reminding them of the list to which they have
subscribed and their password.
And every time it happens I get messages telling me:
A. The email address is inactive
B. The email address doesn't exist
C. The dim-witted ISP has blocked the mail
D. The ARRL address subscribed to the list reports a problem from the
address that
is using the ARRL alias
So.....effective tomorrow:
Inactive addresses will be removed from the list.
ALL ARRL and other obvious alias addresses will be removed,
since that is a violation of list policy
A list of domains that reject messages from the list and/or
from my server will be posted to the list
Subscribers from those domains will be removed from the
list in one week
Those that use ISPs that ban mail from my server/ip have a few choices:
Change ISPs
Call your ISP and complain to them
Use a gmail account(they're free).
Sorry folks....but I am no longer willing to pay for wasted
bandwidth, have my storage space diminished because of sim-bulb ISPs
and simply being frustrated.
Oh yes....if you want to complain, explain, berate me...do it via
direct email.....NOT on the list.

Thom k3hrn
