To Eddy et al,
Perhaps the 2-BQ and QF-1 circuitry could be used as a starting point for designing your own 50 kHz Q-multiplier. That would make a project many of us would be interested in. 73, Eric KA8FAN ________________________________ From: Al Parker <[email protected]> To: Eddy Swynar <[email protected]>; [email protected] Sent: Thursday, January 15, 2009 4:50:11 PM Subject: Re: [Drakelist] R-4 Receiver Enhancement Hi again, I should have thought & ckd before I jumped in - the 2-BQ is on 455kc, I was thinking 50, the 2nd IF. But still, I suspect it'd be tough to pad either down to 50 from 455. 73, Al ----- Original Message ----- From: "Al Parker" <[email protected]> To: "Eddy Swynar" <[email protected]>; <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, January 15, 2009 3:17 PM Subject: Re: [Drakelist] R-4 Receiver Enhancement > Hi Eddy, > I had waited for someone else to jump in, I guess, but I'm not usually >that shy ;-) > I suspect you won't be able to pad it that much and still have it work >acceptably, if at all.
