i use Rust-Oleum glossy for the splatter and Rust-Oleum satin black for the finish.you have change the tip to get the right size pattern. i used one from a can of wd40 or contact cleaner. cant remember. i also have a portable heater i set it in front of for abt an hour. helps smooth the finish.looks really nice on a cover that has been completely sanded to metal.
carey, kc5gtt *I recall seeing on Drakelist several months ago a recommended Drake cabinet paint alternative to the original (close enough) manufacturer's color (black). I believe it was a Rust-Oleum brand spray paint. The paint's stock number was also provided. Does anyone have info. on this?
