This is a Sure desk mic. Look at the back of the head. You will see a
small circular almuminum disc in the center. This is glued in place.
Gently pry it up with the edge of an Xacto knife, razor blade, etc. It
may help to gently heat it up with a heat gun or hair drier first to
soften the adhesive. Behind this plate you will find a screw. The rest
should be obvious.  :)
