Hey everybody, it's me again.... receiver was working great guns until
yesterday. Turn it on, let it warm up, switch out of standby, and no matter
what mode, I receive a loud hum and about a 9-10 S unit reading on the
receiver. I *can* receive signals, but they are distorted. Switching the AGC
off takes the reading down to about 4 S units. Changes to different band do
not make this constant carrier/noise go away. Transmitter is not powered up,
so I'm not transmitting a signal to it.
Any ideas on where to check first?
