Mine is still working but some of the automated data modes I am using
these days put alot of cycles on that relay and I know that one of these

I have photos of one of the boards, it's a simple single sided board
that wouldn't be difficult to replicate if he doesn't have them. It
might be possible to build one up on perf board, but I haven't really
looked at the possibility of that. (Obviously, my T-4X/B original
relays are still working fine! :-) )
