SRI I missed the AM action, but I was off at a meeting.

As far as the quality of AM -- I have gotten raving (positive :>) comments on the AM audio from both my TX-4C and the T-4 Reciter from some AM audiophiles on 75 meters. They meet about 8 PM EST on 3.875 in the evenings.

The trick is not to over drive and a " decent" mic.

Not hearing anything from your end Eddy..

Of course, you know that calling the T4x rig an AM transmitter is kinda like calling grape juice made-from- concentrate, wine...:)

Re-constituted AM !

I use my T4x every day!

Good Day All,

Well, I've just about finished all of my "...honey dews" for the day, & plan to fire-up the Drake T-4X / homebrew 1929-style superhet combo for some AM action at around 7290-KHz, in about a half hour, or less (i.e. 12:30 PM EDST
/ 1630 GMT)...

Anyone around who might care to join me...?
