Dale, I build the circuit from an old HR magazine and installed in one of my W4s. Works nice. Seems to keep calibration in both average and PEP mode. The circuit has adjustment pots to account for meter resistance as well as PEP calibration. It was in Sep 1989 Ham Radio pages 17+19 by GW4NAH.
