Looking at the picture of the bottom view, where is the adjustment screw for 
C-49?  Near the bottom left of the PA cage just above the V5/6 filament 
choke?

Also, is there  PA-friendly neutralization method that doesn't require 
unsoldering connections to the feed-through caps?
