The replacement relay is the Potter & Brumfield (TYCO) R10-E1Y4-V2.5K,
available from Mouser and others. IF your failed relay is a Varley,
(most likely,) you'll need to add a resistor in series with the new one.
Easiest is to remove the wire on Pin 6 of V10 and move it to Pin 9.
Then connect a 1.5k, 1W resistor between Pins 6 and 9.
If your relay does happen to be the P&B part number above, the resistor
is not needed.
