You can also easily fit the two capacitors that were in that can underneath the
chassis with modern parts: 68 uF @ 250V and 10 uF @ 50V are typical values
that work. You can leave the can on top to keep the original appearance.
I can take a picture of the replacement I did if you want to see how it fits.
